Persuasive Essay: In an essay, defend or oppose Hamilton’s financial plan for the new government. His vision for the United States was not shared by everyone and the debate still surfaces today in our own political arena. In your essay, make sure you outline Hamilton’s plan making sure to point out the objectives and his reasoning for its implementation. If you are opposing his plan, make sure you note the criticisms that were made and the impact some felt would have on those people impacted by its implementation. Your essay needs to be at least 2 pages in length(double spaced). Do some research on this topic and don’t just rely on your textbook for information.
