collect, read, critically evaluate and synthesise a range of information and data on how the Marina Bay Sands development came about: how did it happen? You will need to map-out the key actors/interests, events, resources and tools involved in the process and consider the wider forces affecting the development process. Furthermore, you should also reflect upon the micro-politics of the process (how did actors/interests influence the process?) and the distributional outcomes and impacts arising from the scheme (who gained and lost?). Finally, you will need to consider and reflect upon the dynamic nature of this process: how, if at all, did this constellation of actors, resources, forces and outcomes change over time, and with what implications?
