Write a conference paper that focuses on a critically analysis of your chosen topic, to be presented to an education leaders conference. Use the literature from weeks 7 10 to substantiate your discussion. Format you paper using the headings: Introduction, Discussion, Conclusion. It is recommended that you use subheadings within the discussion section of your conference paper.

Use the literature to critically analyse and compare practice with theory as outlined in the unit readings
What does the literature say about your topic?
How can this be applied to school/higher educ institutions?
What is the role of the leader? How does the leaders style impact on your topic?
Conclusion
