What are three things that can be done to improve in each leadership practice? Of the leadership practices, identify two (Model the Way and Enable Others to Act) that you would like to improve upon in your own leadership development? Based on your first answer, what are some specific ways you can apply these means of improvement towards those two targeted leadership practices?
