Ethiopias Grand Renaissance Dam, currently under
construction, has stirred up extensive interest in the region,
notably by Egypt. I have provided a small packet of reading
material. Please read it and write a short memo synthesising the
positions of Egypt and Ethiopia on the dam. Please make sure to
identify the benefits of the dam for Ethiopia and the threats for
Egypt.
