I want a paper that describe the current election in Peru.
Does the electoral system in that country contribute to the legitimacy of the state, and if so how? To address this, this paper will need to consider the following:
What are the rules of the election?
Will people and politicians follow these rules?
How does the state and government sustain legitimacy?
