Consider a decision you have to make with your venture, such as a certain physical location, buying a piece of equipment, opening a virtual store, creating a website, etc., and conduct a SWOT analysis for that dilemma. Include at least three elements in each of the four quadrants. Be thoughtful about the information you need to help you make your decision. Think about challenges as well as advantages, such as resources, time, money, zoning, expertise, etc. After your SWOT analysis, whats your decision? Explain.
