This week’s article by Huggins (2017) focuses on Georgia law regarding record restriction. The paper offers pro and con perspectives on expungement of criminal records. Which side of this argument do you sit on? Be specific and defend your answer logically and with supporting examples. The paper then goes on to offer several policy/legal reform recommendations.
