This is a continuation of a paper you had wrote previously this will be the last 5 pages of a 10 page policy paper . I attached the first 5 page paper you wrote and attached the comments by the professor when she graded it and her main focus on what she wants the paper to focus on the social disparities in poorer communities and lead contaminations. She wants to discuss the lead in Flint, MI water supply and the lead contamination in housing in New York. This is a policy paper and how policies need to be implemented to better all individuals not just those with a higher income. she wants an abstract in the beginning of the paper.
