Influence of leadership style on employees’ performance in establishments In Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
I uploaded my questionnaire that was distributed in the Tabuk region, Saudi Arabia to hospitals universities, banks and some companies.
647 participants were collected.
Hypothesis
H1: There is a significant relationship between leadership styles and employees performance
H2: There is a significant relationship between leadership styles and employee
organizational commitment.
