1-Identify someone you deem to be an effective leader that youve observed during the COVID-19 emergency
This could be a federal/state/local government leader, managers/leaders of organizations/workplaces, someone at FIU, or even a fellow student or family member that you feel has demonstrated leadership behaviors.
