Primary Task Response: Within the Discussion Board area, write 400600 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. This will be the foundation for future discussions by your classmates. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.
Within the Discussion Board area, explain why each of the following are important concepts in the development of contracting:
- Obtaining stakeholder input from department managers that will be affected by a contractor’s performance
- Sending a request for proposal before a contractor presents an offer
- Request for proposal should contain a reference to provisions in a legal code such as the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Select one UCC provision, list its identifier, and describe what the provision covers.
