Write a memo to Mr. Samson (chief hospital administrator) outlining your objectives along with your recommended actions/events for each group of target publics separately. Make sure each objective is explicit, measurable, time-bound, singular, public-focused, and attainable. You can make up the percentages and/or numbers when you establish each objective but be reasonable.
