2. Define Innovator’s dilemma, and give an example of a company that failed because it would not innovate. In retrospect, give 5 fully explained examples of what could you have done differently if you were running the company.
3. Picking your favorite company, fully explain their current Boston Matrix. Then envision how it will look in 5 years from now invent new products as needed! (Creativity required for this question.)
