Cleaner Production and Green Chemistry
Write some pages paper on the dual topics of “Cleaner Production” and “Green Chemistry.” Cleaner production is the term used by the United Nations to describe what is sometimes referred to in the US as Environmental Audits. Research “cleaner production” and then discuss what it is, how is it used, who is using it. Discuss three examples of the application of Cleaner Production techniques and how successful this approach has been.
Similarly, research and discuss Green Chemistry. What is it, where is it used, why is it being used, and discuss three examples of where green chemistry has been successfully used. What difference did it make?
