#2: On A Daughter of Han. How was Ning Lao Tai-tais life story different/similar to the stories told in other course readings? Even though Ning Lao Tai-tai was self-conscious about her gender role, she declared if man can go (to a place) women can go to when looking for her younger daughter who had been sold by her husband. How do you explain this discrepancy?
