I found a way to interfere with it, that is, to design an application on an electronic device with a set time of use and reminder function. The user downloads the application to control the time of use and reminders of eye fatigue to delay the improvement of vision. The app can be rewarded by punching in Mechanism and uncompleted deposit deduction mechanism to encourage users to use the app. pls anaylse the psychological theory is used behind this app
