You will read and then submit a paper on each of the three books assigned for this course. These papers must reflect what you learned about death and dying from the books. Writing papers on the books for this class gives you an opportunity to be unique and express your thoughts and ideas about the book, the author/s, and what each of you have individually learned from reading them. The papers give students freedom to explore the area of death and dying as covered by the books, and gives them freedom to focus on areas they feel are important to them. Please do not submit summaries of the books. Each paper should be at least five pages long, typed double-spaced in Times New Roman at 12 points. The papers should be sent to me as MS Word attachments via email within Blackboard.
