When the UK legally enacts an exit from the EU do we think that the HRA should remain a part of UK law? Could the Government get rid of it altogether or produce an amended version?
How dangerous for the rights of UK citizens do we think that would that be or is it simply an opportunity to implement a law that has learned from the failings of its predecessor?
