Plan and write a minimum 250-word business memo (using proper headings and formats) advising your work team of an impending business decision to propose a long work week on the last week of the month. Try to convince them of the benefits of working an extra 10 hours the last week of the month to increase their sales, production, and distribution numbers to meet their goals.
As you are writing your memo, consider the different management and leadership styles. Try to write your memo by emulating one of these styles.
Next, write a minimum 250-word business memo (using proper headings and formats) explanation of why you chose the words you did in the letter, and how they are representative of the leadership style you selected. How would changing any of the language alter the message?
