Read the New York “Nebraska Revises Child Safe Haven Law” article from November 21, 2008. The article indicates that parents were wanting to give their children away. What do you feel has caused that? Research the poverty levels for children in the U.S. as well as the problems with foster programs/CPS. Based on your research, what do you feel the best solution is for our children who are struggling?
