Imagine a workplace situation where you need to communicate to achieve a specific result. This can include (but isnt limited to) giving advice, sharing bad or sensitive news, persuading, requesting a raise or schedule change, etc. Describe the situation and answer the following questions:
How will you structure your communication to achieve your purpose?
How will you persuade your audience to take action?

For example, choose language thats appropriate for your audience, practice empathy, and be clear.
