Describe a scenario where there was an interpersonal conflict between nurses or a nurse and another health care professional. Was there a positive and/or negative impact on the organization? How was the conflict resolved? Using the textbook identify and explain the conflict. Describe the resolution style used by each party in the conflict. This can be based on a real experience, but do not include any actual individual names. Response must be a minimum of 400 words.
