Create a digital communication strategy for Zara (fashion brand)
“Student must study an entity and create a communication strategy as if he/she is working within the communication department of the entity in 2021. “

1. Research: background, situation analysis & core problem/opportunity
2. Objective setting: goal & objectives
3. Primary public definition
4. Campaign development & planning: main messages, strategies, tactics, calendar & budget
5. Evaluation: criteria & tools
