Need two separate questions answered on two different pages In 150 words each.
1. Assess the current regulatory framework related to cybersecurity. Does it make sense to have industry sector-specific regulations or should there be a single comprehensive cybersecurity regulation applicable to all sectors?
2. We are seeing states pass their own cybersecurity regulations. Given the existing federal regulations, are the state regulations helpful?
