1. What are your thoughts regarding the major issues facing the current Board of Directors? Diversity and Cyber-Security are fairly obvious, but you surely have other issues that you might want to discuss with your classmates regarding challenges facing the BOD in today’s world.
2. Your opportunity to express your feelings about current levels of executive compensation.
3. What are your conclusions about the strong differences in approaching corporate governance in different economic and social environments? As you can see from the readings, there is no “universal truth” regarding the ideal way to approach this topic so feel free to discuss your own observations.
