2. Describe the meaning of key communicators and the benefit of having strong key communicators at a school.
3. Discuss the importance of identifying and communicating with various community groups, diverse cultures, establishing an intergenerational program, and how to effectively handle the different types of critics described in your textbook reading for this module.
