Since the presentation went well in the scenario of the previous discussion, leaders of the organization in the country of origin and the U.S. have selected you to develop an educational training plan. The plan is to demonstrate management across cultures by having teleconferences, presentations, and workshops, which will involve interaction between personnel with a variety of cultural backgrounds. You have devised an agenda to advance education and training across the globe, but you want to start with the organization in the business country of origin utilizing a train-the-trainer approach. Please post a memo to the leader who has approving authority. Your memo should identify the plans purpose, provide a few bullets on the approach, the estimated costs, and personnel who should initially receive the training.
