*Identify one social welfare service delivery system for the vulnerable population you would like to work on
*Find out concerns/ problems/ issues around it. Discuss a policy or policies that have been harmful to chosen population *Breakdown the categories of this vulnerable group, and investigate various factors contributing to this vulnerability (political, economic, cultural, historical, etc.)
*Find out GOOD PRACTICES. Explore existing interventions to reform or change the system. Are the interventions sustainable? Can they be scaled up? What are the implications for practice and policy? *Minimum 15-page double-spaced and maximum 20-page, APA-style paper, cover page, page numbers, references, etc. *The more specific and detailed the paper is, the better. Cover all required sections of the paper in detail and provide citations in APA.
