The paper will provide an Overview of the parent government agency and program in response to COVID-19, provide a synopsis on critical success factors of the program and how they are associated to the corporate business strategies, identify a brief orientation on projects and processes pertaining to the program; list the products and services that the program generates, provide an outline of the stakeholders involved, and identify business challenges and risks the program faces. Conclude the report with a summary and an analysis from your perspective. The organization of the report should follow Overview, Critical Success Factors and Corporate Strategies Serviced, Stakeholders, Risks and Challenges, Summary and Analysis. The report should have at least three references cited in APA convention.
