What do you think of the research on heart disease and hostility? Do you know anyone who probably scores high on the Cook and Medley Hostility Scale (see lecture slides)? What are they like? Can these people change to reduce their risk? If so, what tasks (e.g., anger management training, meditation exercises, etc.) would they need to undertake in order to change? Discuss.
