I am analyzing the effects of the housing market during the time of COVID 19 and then comparing it to trends set in 2010. I figured it would be beneficial to outline the paper where you will be analyzing a state’s housing market trends for (2019-2020) and how the state has been affected during the time of covid then comparing it to the year 2010. From the research gathered you would attempt to make a 2021 prediction on how the state’s housing market is expected to recover. When you are talking about the states housing market trends and attempting to make a 2021 prediction you need to also include about 2-3 graphs per state explaining the states housing market trends while also explaining why they were added to the paper and wh they are important in the analysis of the overall state. This step will be repeated 4 times meaning that you will be choosing 4 states to talk about within the research paper. Talking about each state will take up about 4.5 pages with graphs included. This should leave you with 6-7 pages discussing the rental market crisis, I want to emphasize the individual or family struggle of paying rent during COVID 19 as well as other struggles some families and individuals are facing in the time of COVID.
