It should include the following:
Meaningful title
Explanation of product/innovation
Why is it innovative?
Impact of innovation
User Impact
Manufacturing Impact (this may or may not apply to your innovation)
Any other impact (environmental, financial, efficiency, etc.)
Conclusion of how this product/innovation influences your design perspective
