I hope you have enjoyed this journey exploring various concepts on Organizational Behavior. Can you believe, we are almost toward the end of the semester. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share some of your key learning experiences from this course. I would like to know how this course has helped you gain conceptual understanding of Organization Behavior. Has it boosted your confidence on various concepts? Do you think you will be able to apply some of the concepts (Ex: Communication, influence, group dynamics, influence, organization structure, culture, etc.) in your career and life in general? How did you like the experience of taking an online course? As you know, working with teams online is the experience you can share with during job interviews.
