i need an essay on top-down and bottom up organizational change. three underlying assumptions of both these two perspectives need to be describes. then, the two perspectives need to be compared to each other in terms of the dimensions of change (routines and practices, cognitions and ideas, power relationships).
also, a real business case needs to be found and related to these two perspectives.
in the document “essay POC’, you can find all the specifics. you can choose out of several perspectives to describe, compare and relate to a business case. as stated above, my preference is for top-down vs bottom-up, but you can also choose episodic/radical vs continuous/incremental, for example. PLEASE be sure to pay a lot of attention when reading the assignment criteria (“essay POC” and “essay instructions elaborate”. i also added a document containing suggested literature etc.
