Madison: opioid crisis in U.S. -> shortage of naloxone leading to a number of preventable deaths, need to increase access, especially in rural communities which dont have abundance of professionals (police, firefighters, EMTs) who can provide support; parent org = Pfizer, global pharma, aims to expand access -> naloxone access program, more can be done
