RACE ARTICLE ANALYSIS PROJECT
Throughout the course, students should have gained an understanding of various sociological topics, such as gender, racial, class, and cultural inequalities. This Race project allows students to find relevant racial/ethnic -related examples, either in local communities or on a global scale, through accredited news articles or scholarly journals in order to apply their knowledge gained from the course and then explain why those actions or behaviors occurred in the selected articles. Thus, students will continue to be actively engaged in applying their sociological knowledge, even after the course has ended.
