In order to create an evidence-informed sports brain concussion prevention intervention, remember to create a literature review of sports brain concussion by using published peer reviewed articles.
For the literature review assignment you will be required to:
1. use the best available research (i.e. do a thorough literature review of evidence from both research and practice)
– make sure to define your injury issue as specifically as you think need be
– include evidence on what is currently being done to solve this problem/injury issue as well as what is recommended
2. consider the local health issues and local context (where will the intervention be implemented?)
3. use existing public health resources in Canada (i.e. include information such govt budgets)
4. understand the community and political climate
