The goal of completing a self-assessment and reflecting upon the results is to move toward aligning your personal conduct with ethical and professional standards. After completing the ACHE Ethics Self-Assessment (Links to an external site.), identify three areas of strength that you would like to build upon, and three weaknesses you would like to improve upon. These six areas are to be included in your Personal Leadership Development Plan in the Ethics Self-Assessment Strengths and Weaknesses section.
