Write an essay on coaching objectives, identifying each of the three broad categories of objectives (winning, having fun, development of athletes). Clearly identify priorities and the relative importance of each objective, paying close attention to the role that winning has in relation to other objectives. What are your reactions of these objectives? In which order would you list your own objectives? Explain why.
