Peer reflection essay
Firstly, look at the peer essay and then to write peers reflection essay. Your peers reflection essay (3-4 pages) will show how the change experience relates (or not) to the material discussed in the first three weeks of class. This assignment is NOT an evaluative judgment of the change experience. As such, students are NOT to comment on the quality or content of the essay they are analyzing but are to consider it as a mini-case study, a frame upon which to hang the theories and concepts that have been covered in class.
The short answer is – Don’t cite the slides !! Slides are not a peer-reviewed source. Remain in the zone of Peer-reviewed journal articles (main source), book chapters (again avoid using the prescribed text book all the time), and good journalistic pieces from reputed sources such as Bloomberg, WSJ etc. The idea is to showcase your breadth of research, beyond the slides/textbook !
Use double space, Calibri 11, Arial 11, Lucida Sans Unicode 10, Times New Roman 12, and Georgia 11 (These fonts are now acceptable in APA 7). This format will apply to all your assignments
