What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work with startups, small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs and growing companies. Projects range from a single landing page to software builds that run over several months.
How do I start a project with Deadline Masters?
Send us a short description through the contact form or by email. We will arrange a call to understand your goals, then send a written proposal with scope, milestones, delivery date and cost.
Do you work with clients outside Ahmedabad?
Yes. Most of our communication happens over video calls, shared documents and messaging, so location is rarely a constraint. Meetings in Ahmedabad can be arranged when useful.
What should I prepare before our first call?
A rough idea of what you want to achieve, who will use the result, any examples you like, important dates and a budget range. You do not need a technical specification; helping you shape one is part of our work.
Working together
How do you make sure deadlines are met?
We agree the scope and milestones in writing before work starts, show progress at regular check-ins, and handle new requests through change notes that state the effect on date and cost. If a risk appears, we raise it straight away with options.
What if I want to change something during the project?
Small adjustments are part of normal design and review. For larger changes, we send a written estimate of how the change affects the timeline and budget, and proceed only once you approve it.
How will we communicate?
You will have one project lead as your main contact, scheduled check-ins and a shared channel for questions. We keep explanations in plain language and write down decisions so nothing depends on memory.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. We are happy to sign a reasonable NDA before you share confidential details about your business or idea.
Ownership and support
Who owns the code and design files?
Once the agreed payments are complete, the deliverables are yours. We set up repositories, hosting and domains in your name wherever possible so you keep full control.
Do you provide support after launch?
Every project includes an agreed support window for fixing issues after go-live. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and improvements are available as a monthly arrangement.
Can you take over an existing website or app?
Often, yes. We start with a review of the code, hosting and documentation so we can tell you honestly what condition it is in and what we recommend before taking responsibility for it.
Pricing and payments
How much does a project cost?
Cost depends on scope, integrations, design depth and timeline. We quote after understanding what you need, and the quote is written so you know exactly what it covers. Our pricing page explains the main factors.
How are payments structured?
Fixed-scope projects are usually paid in stages tied to milestones, starting with an advance. Ongoing arrangements are billed monthly. The exact schedule is stated in your proposal.
Do you guarantee search rankings or a number of sales?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee search rankings or sales figures. We commit to doing the agreed work well, measuring results and explaining what we learn.
