This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) in mind.

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide:

• Full name and business email address
• Phone number and company name, if you provide them
• The service you are interested in, your budget range and expected timeline
• Your project description and anything else you write in the message

To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also record a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the IP address itself), your browser user-agent string and the date and time of your submission.

If you email or call us directly, we receive the information contained in that communication.

• To read and respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one
• To manage our relationship with you if you become a client
• To detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse of the website
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

We process contact form data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

The public pages of this website do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our administration area uses strictly necessary authentication cookies so that authorised staff can sign in; these are not used for visitors who do not sign in.

If optional spam protection by Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the contact form, Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser to distinguish people from automated programs. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

We use trusted providers to operate this website. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Supabase — secure database storage for enquiries and site content
• An email delivery provider, if enabled, to notify our team of new enquiries
• Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled, for spam protection

Some providers may store or process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on the provider’s contractual and security commitments to protect it.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if no engagement follows, for up to 24 months so we have context if you contact us again. Client records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws. Spam submissions are deleted periodically.

Enquiries are stored in a database protected by row-level security so that only authorised administrators can read them. Connections to the website are encrypted with HTTPS. Access to administrative accounts is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected
• Withdraw consent you previously gave
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity

To make a request or raise a grievance, email deadlinemasters.co@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational for such complaints.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
